Covid-19 Response

During this pandemic and while respecting the official guidance on social distancing and essential work, we will ensure that we are able to respond quickly to your calls and email messages.

Staff are available from 9am until 5pm via phone or email, Monday to Friday and our core services are operating as normal. Our office in Bexleyheath is open and we will be hosting group events as of November 2021. We can see clients by in-person appointment but we do encourage appointments via phone or via video call. 

Our priorities continue to be to keep in touch with you to make sure you are okay, that you have medicine, food and other essentials and that you get a call from us regularly and as often as your needs require. If you need us to contact a GP for you, we can do that.

We will continue to offer the advice and support we have always provided and we will work to ensure that no member of our community is forgotten.

If you know of someone who is not currently known to us but you think they may need some help, call or email and give us their details and we will get in touch with them.

In direct response to the challenges presented during Covid-19 we have launched a weekly socials and community online project to help keep us connected at this time.
